Questions About Accredited Training?

The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) oversees occupational qualifications in South Africa. QCTO qualifications are registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and recognised by employers nationally.

NQF levels run from 1 to 10 and show how advanced a qualification is. NQF 4 is at the same level as matric, and NQF 5 sits at higher certificate level. Choose a level that matches your current education and career goals.

A full qualification covers an entire occupation and leads to a nationally recognised certificate. A skills programme is a shorter, credit-bearing part of a qualification, ideal for building specific skills quickly or working towards a full qualification step by step.

Yes. We are a mobile training provider. Our facilitators bring the training to your workplace, community or project site, saving your team travel time and cost.

Many employers fund accredited training through learnerships, skills programmes and SETA discretionary grants linked to their skills development levy. As a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF), we can help you plan your Workplace Skills Plan and identify funding opportunities.

Yes. Our accreditation support service guides companies through the QCTO accreditation process, drawing on our own experience as an accredited training provider.

No. Several of our programmes start at NQF 2 or 3, and Workplace Preparation and End User Computing are great starting points. As our founder says, you do not need a qualification to start, but you need to keep learning to grow.

WhatsApp us on 081 087 7202, call 031 767 5118 or email egsibit@mweb.co.za. Tell us which programme interests you and how many learners, and we will send you a quote.
